Want something fun to do now that it is too hot to play outside? Check out Epic Fun!

Epic Fun has opened in South West Austin.  It is a local family owned business and man are there a lot of things to do.

Located at 7101 W Hwy 71 Austin, TX 78735 at the 290 / 71 "Y" interchange.

HOURS OF OPERATION
Monday, Wednesday, Thursday  10am-9pm
Tuesday 9am-9pm (9am – 10am is toddler time)
Friday & Saturday 10am-10pm
Sunday 11am-8pm

You can have birthday Parties there.  We have already been to one of them.  They have private party rooms and yummy pizza and house made gourmet sticky buns.   Check out there menu here.  Did I mention you order drink wine and good draft beer there too.   What other kids indoor party and play place has that.

At Epic Climb they have a set of very cool and challenging climbing walls.

My little one loves these ride on car rides.   There is a giant arcade you can load money onto a card and play video and interactive games like skee ball, basket ball, video games and air hockey.   Some games win "virtual" tickets which can be used to get prizes from the prize wall.  Epic Time Freak is a simon says electronic game.

There are 4 lanes of mini bowling.

Epic Fun Factory is a multi level playground with balls and slides.   This was definitely my kids favorite activity they spent hours in this thing.  There are couches next to it where you can see your kids and enjoy some snacks while your kids play.  Epic Fun Factory requires socks and they can be purchased at the front desk but try and remember to bring your own.

The Sky Trails kids and adults can clip in an ropes course over the arcade area.   Note: Epic Sky Trails requires closed toe shoes and has a height requirement of 48”

Epic Spin has these fun spinning bumper cars.

Epic Combat - the laser tag area was not yet open when we went but I am sure we will be back to check out that area once completed.

The Epic deal is definitely the best option as for kids with littles as some are too short to do the sky trails or may be afraid of heights for the climbing walls.    You can add money to the Epic play card for video games or use it towards those activities if you need to add an activity individually.   You will want to ride the Epic Spin more than once so at $7 a time this allows you to ride unlimited times plus the bowling.
